Q: Can I save a trip to a recreational store and buy Optimum products directly from you online?

A: No. We are a Processor only, which in the state of Washington means it would be illegal for us to sell any of our marijuana products online to the direct public. We are in over 150 stores and growing each day. For a list of our current retail stores please visit the “Locations” tab.

Q: I am over in Eastern Washington where can I find Optimum products?

A: Please check out our “Locations” tab to view where you can find us in Washington.

Q: What is the best way to store my cartridge when I am not using it?

A: It is best to keep the cartridge attached to the battery and place it upright (so the mouthpiece is pointing up) in a cup or container of your choice. Never leave your cartridge in your car, or exposed to high or low heat. High altitude may affect the flavored, plastic cartridges.


Q: My pen is not working, what can I do?

A: This can be a variation of things. First and foremost, make sure your battery is fully charged. When screwing the cartridge into the battery, make sure that it is not too tight. If it’s too tight it can prevent a solid connection between the two units. If you are not getting any vapor, try a few short puffs, instead of one long hit. If you still are not getting a proper hit, pull the tip off (not on glass) to ensure the plastic plug is in the top of the cartridge, and replace the tip. Often times when inhaling, people tend to suck harder than necessary and this little plug can become dislodged and sucked into the tip.
